Terms of service.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These terms explain how BRIO provides website design and development services. A signed proposal or written agreement may add project-specific terms.
1. Scope and payment
The agreed scope, fees and timeline are set out in your proposal. Work outside that scope may require a separate quote. Deposits are not refundable once work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate content, feedback and approvals on time. Delays in receiving these items may change the delivery date.
3. Intellectual property
After full payment, you receive the rights stated in your project agreement. BRIO keeps ownership of reusable tools, methods and third-party materials.
4. Third-party services
Hosting, domains, plugins and other services may have separate fees and terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers.
5. Liability
We take reasonable care when delivering work, but do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, as allowed by law.
